Responsibilities:

- Develop long-term relationships with the customer.

- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address

customer needs.

- Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery.

- Establish an aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends,

customers, competitors, and industry.

- Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to

reach the shared vision.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronic / Electromechanical / Physics

Engineering / Physics from a reputable university.

- Have minimum 5 years experience (Senior Level) as Sales Engineer on Automation / Electrical Power Industries.

- Fresh graduate are welcome for Junior Level

- Know Drive, Inverter, and Automation Product (PLC, VSD / VFD, MCC) is a plus

- Well-proven technical and interpersonal skills, effective communication, and strong analytical capabilities.

- High sense of product sales & services with systematic thinking ability to solve the problem.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
