Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end management of opportunity and
data quality management of opportunity;
- Responsible for sales forecast management, track the progress
of forecasting, and retrospect the implementation of forecasts.
Monitor the deviation, identify risks and analyze, seek solutions,
monitor improvements, and merge.
- Responsible for sales project management and customer
relationship management;
- Responsible for the formulation and monitoring of customer
management policies;
- Internal control and compliance management as the process PC;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management,
International trade, computer science, IT major
- Fresh Graduated from Universitas Indonesia on 2020 and 2021 with min GPA
3.20
- Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage
- Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication
skills to be able to communicate to different level of
counterparts
- Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication;
- Ability to work as a team
- Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology
- Proactive, innovative, ability to communicate easily and
effectively at all levels in the organization
- Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology.
- Skilled at Microsoft Office, (EXCEL, PPT etc.)
- Basic knowledge in sales, business support, especially in
telecom industry
- High risk sensitive identification and judgment capability
- Sensitive to numbers and has strong logic analysis and
inferential capability
