Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design a network, supervising hardware installation, software commissioning, integration, migration and acceptance.
• Handle customer communication and relation, help customer to stabilize their network and manage their network.
• Provide technical support especially routing and switching technology and non-technical support (project coordination) during implementation.
• Provide technical support especially routing and switching technology and non-technical support (project coordination) during presales stage.
• Master technical skill especially all Datacom and access skill.
• Work together with other product provide end to end delivery and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)
• Fresh Graduated from Universitas Indonesia on 2020 and 2021 with min GPA 3.20
• Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts
• Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication;
• Ability to work as a team
• Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology
• Have basic routing switching, and latest ICT design, TCP/IP and 7 OSI layer, IP sub-netting.
• Having CCNA or HCNA shall be an advantage.
