Recruitment Target
Eligibility: 
  • graduate school graduate
  • university graduate
  • vocational graduate (3 years)
  • vocational graduate (2 years)
  • technical college graduate
  • junior college graduate
  • Graduate from Any major (Electrical/Electronic majors are preferred) 
  • Interested in device development, electricity/electronics, or semiconductors
Salary
Monthly salary
  1. Junior college, college (2 years), technical college graduate: 204,000 yen + various allowances (housing, family, etc.) + overtime allowance
  2. Associate degree (3 years): 209,000 yen + various allowances (housing, family, etc.) + overtime allowance
  3. Bachelor degree: 214,000 yen + various allowances (housing, family, etc.) + overtime allowance
  4. Master degree: 224,000 yen + various allowances (housing, family, etc.) + overtime allowance
Based on the above amount, we also fully consider skills and experience.

Salary Increase / Bonus
  • Salary increases once a year (in April).
  • Bonuses are paid twice a year (June and December).
Benefits
  1. Full payment of transportation expenses within regulation
  2. Other benefits (Excluding managerial positions)
  3. Housing allowance (Tokyo area: Head of household 16,000 yen, Non-head of household 9,000 yen. Other area: Head of household 6,000 yen, Non-head of household 5,000 yen), Overtime allowance, Family allowance (Spouse: 18,000 yen or 4,000 yen per child)

09:00-18:00 (Flex time system with core time: 10:00-15:00)

1 hour (12:00-13:00)

20 hours to 30 hours

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays, founding anniversaries, year end and new year holidays.
