Xymax Co,. Ltd  is currently planning to expand our business overseas, focusing on Indonesia. Therefore, we are seeking individuals who resonate with the spirit of challenge in Japan and Xymax and who possess international awareness and strong business acumen to represent the company in the future. The exact location of future employment is not confirmed, whether in Japan or Indonesia, but initially, candidates will have the opportunity to learn about the company and its business in Japan. They will grow as part of the Xymax team while planning and promoting our business together.

Career Path and Acquired Skills and Abilities After Joining the Company
For a certain period, you will learn and work in various companies within the Xymax Group in Japan. After acquiring an understanding of the business structure, planning skills, specialized knowledge, and technical expertise, there is a possibility of working at our Indonesian branches or other locations when necessary.

Academic Degree
Bachelor, Master

Eligible Fields of Study and Research Specializations
Candidates with a background in science or engineering will be given priority.

Language Proficiency Details
Being able to communicate in Japanese or English at the time of joining the company is a mandatory requirement. After joining the company, if necessary, you will have the opportunity to attend a Japanese language school at the company's expense.

Salary
¥250,000 or more ※Subject to change

Other Allowances
Commuting allowance, travel expenses, overtime pay, assignment allowance (¥300,000), etc.
Employee's Share of Dormitory or Company Housing Costs Company Housing Available (Individual Contribution of ¥20,000 per month)

Bonus
Twice a Year (June, December)

Working Hours
Flextime System *Standard Working Hours 9:00 - 18:00
Flexible Time 7:00 - 21:00 (No Core Time. Must work a minimum of 4 hours within the flexible time range)

Holiday & Leave Policy
Annual Number of Days Off: 118 days
Paid Annual Leave: 10 days granted on the day of employment (in the case of joining in April)
Other Types of Leave: Special leave for illness, nursing, etc., condolence leave, transfer leave, menstrual leave, maternity leave, public injury leave, etc.
