Job Responsibilities:

·    Handle Wireless NE configuration on the Network

·    Support site script preparation, integration and migration for new and existing NE

·    Perform in-depth analysis and solve problems wireless network for 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE and 5G.

·    Cooperate with other products to perform cutover and capacity expansion.

·    Prepare the acceptance test report, ability to review solution and MOP.

·    Develop tools to improve routine work efficiency with the coding skill.

·    Provide subcontractor guidance or training to develop skill capability.

Requirements:

·    Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)

·    Fresh Graduated from University on 2021 and 2022 with min GPA 3.20

·    Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage

·    Understanding 2G/3G/LTE basic Technology

·    Familiar with 2G/3G/LTE network structure

·    Understanding of TCP/IP Protocol

·    Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts

·    Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication;

·    Ability to work as a team

·    Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology
