Job Responsibilities:
- To
troubleshoot technical problems occurs in customer network
- To
do health check and preventive maintenance for Access network equipment in
customer network
- To
build and update database of equipment and configuration in related Access
network
- To
analyze and optimize customer Access network
- To
be responsible for customer satisfaction in maintenance delivery.
- To
develop technical ability and capability of the customer
- Support
Professional Service Project, delivery smoothly
- Report to Customer Support
Departmen
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or related major
- Fresh Graduated from University on 2020 and 2021 with min GPA 3.20
- Good
communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin
skill is an advantage
- Good analytical
skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to
communicate to different level of counterparts
- Understand
Optical or Access network ,OLT etc Architecture
- Understand Telecommunication general information
Understand basic signaling
Good Team Work
Able to do Presentation and make report
Able to adapt & work in a fast-paced environment
