Job Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot technical problems occurs in customer network
• To do health check and preventive maintenance for optical equipment in customer network
• To build and update database of equipment and configuration in related network
• To analyze and optimize customer network
• To provide technical and non-technical support during project early involvement
• To provide good design network and implement able design for smooth project delivery
• To be responsible for customer satisfaction in maintenance delivery.
• To develop technical ability and capability of the customer
• Handle project delivery start from commissioning until ATP

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or Computer engineering (IT)
• Fresh Graduated from University on 2020 and 2021 with min GPA 3.20
• Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage
• Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts
• Understand about transmission concept and planning
• Understand about routing protocol and latest ICT design
• Understand about TCP/IP and OSI 7 Layer.
• Able to adapt & work in a fast-paced environment
