Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing design optimization and audit of a 5G/4G network to meet customer requirements. The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN, BBA, Transmission, Core, OM and Services Networks. You will be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.

The role focuses on performing design, audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

You will:
• To be responsible to provide Radio Network related service delivery to operators/customers.

• Typical services include Radio Network Design, Performance Optimization, Technical Solution Consulting, Audit & Benchmarking, Technique Trials, automation realization, and software platform operation. To ensure efficient service delivery and achieve customer happiness.

• The main responsibility of the Radio D&O Network Engineer is to complete services solutions to meet customers’ business needs. It includes all Radio NW aspects from beginning to end, Radio NW Planning, and Radio NW Optimization.

• Radio D&O Network Engineers are also responsible for providing Business Development and Sales Support within the area of Network Engineer.

To be successful in the role you must have:

Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level with GPA min 3.0, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or

Welcom for fresh graduates or 3-5 years’ experience of deploy system test and lead testing team.

If you have ISEB/ISTQB software testing qualifications that would be an advantage

Sophisticated technical knowledge in the network area of working (Radio, Transport, Core or Wireline)

Knowledge of local OHS statutory regulations and group OHS requirements

Good communication in english

Additional Requirements:

Experiences in RAN and familiar with AI/ML Tools
