Fakultas Teknik UI Mendukung Pengembangan Startup Creator melalui Kegiatan Innovation Into Invention (I3) / Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia Supports Startup Creator Development through Innovation Into Invention (I3) Program
Pada tanggal 13 Agustus sampai 1 Oktober 2021 Fakultas Teknik Universitas Indonesia melalui Career Development Center FTUI berkolaborasi dengan E-Corp FTUI menyelenggarakan kegiatan Innovation Into Invention (I3). Kegiatan ini dilakukan guna membantu para startup creators di lingkungan FTUI untuk mengembangkan bisnis startup mereka.
Terdapat empat tim startup creator yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, yaitu Albatros, IOTNesia, Sajadang, dan Senimasi. Para Startup Creator memiliki lini bisnis sendiri yang berbeda. Mereka menggabungkan teknologi dengan inovasi terbaru untuk mengembangkan bisnis di masa mendatang.
Kegiatan Innovation Into Invention diawali dengan pemberian workshop, yaitu
Sesi 1 : Building Skin in The Game dan How to Set KPI and Goals yang dibawakan oleh Zulhans Ramadhan Maharoesman (Business Intelligence Lead at Gopay (Gojek)) pada tanggal 14 Agustus 2021.
Sesi 2 : Design Thinking oleh Pamela Kareen (Director of Operations at BISA AI Academy) dan How to Gain Insight from User/Customer oleh Octaviano Pratama (Director at BISA AI Academy) pada tanggal 21 Agustus 2021
Sesi 3: How to Plan an MVP dan Managing Startup Finance oleh Andrisyah Tauladan (Deputy Head (Literation, Education, and Research) at AFPI) pada tanggal 28 Agustus 2021
Selain itu, para Startup Creator pun mendapatkan mentor untuk membantu menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan oleh para pembicara di akhir sesi workshop. Mentor yang dipasangkan disesuaikan dengan bidang setiap Startup Creator. Para Mentor tersebut adalah
1. Dr Sri Bramantoro A. (Deputy Head of Doctoral Program at BINUS Doctor of Research in Management (DRM)) sebagai mentor untuk Senimasi
2. Budi Ariati (Founder & CEO eGrad.id) sebagai mentor untuk Sajadang
3. Thalhah Hanif Ramadhan (Co-Founder ASPERIO) sebagai mentor untuk IOTnesia
4. Dr Ichsan (Business Advisor, PT Bina Karya) sebagai mentor untuk Albatros
Sebagai penutup, CDC FTUI dengan E-Corp FTUI pun memberikan kesempatan kepada Startup Creator untuk melakukan pitching dengan mempresentasikan bidang bisnis mereka kepada calon investor dan modal ventura pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2021. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan para Startup Creator mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai dunia startup. Selain itu, mereka pun dapat mempresentasikan bisnis mereka kepada para investor dan membuka kesempatan bagi mereka untuk mendapatkan funding.
From August 13 to October 1, 2021 Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia through Career Development Center FTUI collaborated with E-Corp FTUI to hold an Innovation Into Invention (I3) program. This program was carried out to help startup creators in FTUI to develop their startup business.
There are four startup creator teams participating in this program, namely Albatros, IOTNesia, Sajadang, and Senimasi. The Startup Creators have their diverse business line. They combine the latest technology innovations to grow their future business.
The Innovation Into Invention program began with the provision of workshops, such as

In addition, Startup Creators also got mentors in completing the tasks given by the speakers at the end of the workshop session. Each mentor was matched based on the field of each Startup Creator. Those Mentors are

At the end of the program, CDC FTUI and E-Corp FTUI provided an opportunity for the Startup Creators to pitch their business proposal in front of potential investors and venture capitalist on October 1, 2021. Through this program, the Startup Creators were expected to gain deeper insights about startup world. In addition, they could present their business to investors and welcomed opportunities to get funding.
