TAX SPECIALIST

Our company is expanding and we are now looking for a dedicated Tax Specialist to join us! As our Tax Specialist you will handle & monitor the corporate taxes at our company operating within bonded zone facility. You will be responsible to ensure that our taxes are managed well from a legal and an operational perspective. The ideal candidate has excellentknowledge in corporate tax payments and good understanding of companies operating under bonded zone license. As we are in a high-tech business with short lead times to customers, your multitasking skills, strong analytical thinking, positive attitude will be an asset to our company.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with export import tax in preparing document related to import tax
- Prepare document payment import tax and assure all tax import being paid
- Involve in submission of Monthly Tax Report VAT & WHT and tax payments
- Involve in Tax Reconciliation
- Research & update for new Tax Rules from Government
- Support improvement activity at Finance department
- Create reports on a regular basis to Finance manager


Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree from economics& Business Faculty, majoring in Accounting
- Excellent understanding in Indonesia taxation and having taxation certificate minimum:

  • Income tax (brevet A)
  • PPN & corporate income tax (brevet B).
  • Holding Certification of Tax Consultant A or B issued by State Association of Tax consultant, as advantage.

- Having maximum 2-3 years in Audit and experience handling taxation 1-2 years- Experience in account receivable& account payable process and in asset management
- Experience as supervisor/superintendent/coordinator level in tax/finance/accounting
- Capable to communicate in English oral or written
- Honest, responsible and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skill, self motivated person & hard working
- Computer literate, such as Microsoft Office & Access. Having experience in operate ERP system is preferable

Salary: IDR 5.000.000 - IDR 10.000.000
