PT. Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera (Danone Groupe), a leading baby food manufacturing company is currently seeking qualified candidates to join Management Trainee Program for Production.

The qualified candidate will be trained and developed in the production area, quality and performance manufacturing which are expected to become Future Team Leaders in our factory.

There will be series of program combined with intensive review to asses the performance of each candidate.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE FOR PRODUCTION TEAM

Requirment :

To become a successful candidate you must have at least :

Educational Background Preference :

• Bachelor Degree (S1)
  
• Recent Graduate or will reach the final graduation in near future, with following one of the  academic criteria;
• Engineering ( Industrial, Mechanical, & Electronic GPA Min 3 )
• Food Technology or Mechanical Farm (GPA Min 3)
  or
  
• Graduates with 1 or 2 years experience within the same industry   
  

• Strong technical background with proven academic record
• Must be able to act on own initiative
• Must demonstrate organizational sensitivity
• Must demonstrate potential for further development
• Computer literate
